I'm having this thing recently, where it's occurred to me how easy it is to get repetitive when it comes to character designs? Like I'm noticing similar color schemes, similar hair styles, similar 'themes' when it comes to outfits.
I'm gonna be referring to myself here, but if you relate feel free to comment. But I think it happens because of my interests in particular. Like, if I like clean cut short hair and gloppy ponytails I'll catch myself trying to put it in pretty much every design. Liiike the curly hair epidemic in my characters. Where none of them seem to know what a flat iron is. Or I'll have a bunch of dudes with hair longer than
